"We always stay here when we visit Eugene. We love the location. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The property is very clean. The owners are very friendly. Will definitely be back. "
"The property and staff were great. There needed to be some maintenance. Only one ice maker on the first floor worked and the elevator stopped working during our stay. But everything else was amazing. "
"The lady who checked us in was amazing! I forget her name but she was super thorough and welcoming and made sure everything was going to go well during our stay. "

Nice room
"The room was nice, and in a quiet location. The only, very minor, complaint is the size of the bathroom, it was very small. "
"The paint is peeling off of the bathroom ceiling. Our clock radio kept making noises so we unplugged it.
The bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows."

"I was pleasantly surprised, especially because It was one of the more affordable places to stay in downtown Eugene. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Lots of restaurants and shopping to do in the area. I would definitely recommend and stay again. "
"The hotel was comfortable, the staff texted with updates as we were there for the marathon and they offered us some extra options for snacks pre and post race. The breakfast was great, the pool was actually clean and nice, and if you’re racing the marathon this location is ideal. We enjoyed our stay!"

"A couple of small issues: I would have liked a recycling receptacle in the room, and the breakfast sausages were dry. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! I wanted a handicapped room, but on a full weekend that wasn't possible, but staff kept me informed at the time I made the reservation and didn't mind having me check back to see if any came available. I asked for and was given a shower chair which was very helpful! Bed was comfy."
