Responsibilities as a Trimmer include but are not limited to the following- Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring a quality product Maintain a clean and organized work environment Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. multiple times daily if necessary. Sorting and manicuring boutique quality flower. Keeping a clean workstation free of contamination and assisting in the clean-up of said workstations at the end of their shifts. Knowing and following OCP rules and standards as directed by your manager. Meet consistent production rates Following strict SOPs Follow regulations and company guidelines for all compliance, workflows and safety matters. Packaging, labeling and proper storage of biomass. Following trim room policy. Properly trimming (manicuring) a minimum of 60 grams of flower per hour on most strains. Buck down and the preparation of flower after a harvest. Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements/regulations Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines Performs other duties as assigned By position, ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week By position, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials. Required Qualifications: Valid Class B CDL Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment Ability to use various mobile devices Perform physical functions per job requirements Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.
