Enhance your credentials without a J.D. Regent’s Master of Arts in Financial Planning & Law can help you be prepared to sit for the CFP® Certification Examination. This program is uniquely housed in the School of Law, giving you access to our Juris Doctor program’s estate planning and tax experts. You will learn to guide individuals and corporations through the intricacies of managing wealth. You’ll also enjoy coursework integrated with a Christian perspective and grounded in legal thought, writing, and critical thinking.

  1. Study insurance law, contracts, tax planning, estate/trust administration, and financial analysis.
  2. Gain proficiency in establishing investment objectives and evaluating performance.
  3. Learn the fundamentals of estate planning, property transfers, IRAs, and retirement plans.
  4. Research American law, including cases, and statutes.
