"Great stay! lounge nice for coffee, breakfast, and gym workout. Room was big, clean and quiet. Excellent view of NYC skyline. Plenty of good restaurants within two blocks away, and subway across the street. Convenient to so much. Staff is gracious and helpful, always a smile! Hope to return in the future! "
"Location was PERFECT for site seeing in every direction! Very friendly staff and clean rooms - just wish the TV had streaming capabilities! Otherwise we loved our stay and we will be back "
"The energy in the hotel was welcoming and lighthearted. All of the staff interact with great hospitality not just with the clients, but with each other. That matters to me and improves my stay and, I believe the whole world."
"The hotel is amazing!
Very clean, staff is super nice, gym is incredible. The location is the only thing that is not the best but this is my personal opinion. You have a metro right in front so makes things easier."

"Excellent location! Time Square is out the door to your left. You are surrounded by Broadway theaters. Current run of Hamilton is literally across the street. 30 Rock is a 15 minute walk. The French bakery/restaurant out front is awesome. The room is adequate. Need a cold room to sleep, you can crank the thermostat down and ask for an extra blanket. Bed was closer to firm, but not hard. The shower is unique. Easily room for 2 people. Also, a pair of electrical plugs on the shower wall by the door. Hot water and ok water pressure. Must ask for wash cloth. There is handsoap gel and shampoo provided. Good lighting and mirror for make up. However, absolutely no room to unpack your make up. Yes, there is hair dryer. The room had a clothes steamer, no iron. We did not get to the bar or gym. Staff was great at check in. 3 night stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"The Westin is our go to hotel every time we come to NYC. It’s close to all the theatres which is the main reason we come to visit. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. I love that at night security is there to make sure guests feel safe. "

"This hotel is top-notch and probably one of the best I have ever stayed in New York. It is a newer hotel, the rooms are above standard size and not New York compact size, the service is professional and friendly. (you don’t always get that in New York), and the room was cleaned every day. The café downstairs can get a little bit crowded at breakfast time, but for the most part, it’s very convenient. It’s located right in the middle of the theater district. You can’t get more centrally located if you tried.
