A large Boston area health system is seeking compassionate, experienced APPs for its new "Hospital at Home" program, going live in August 2023. Promising to be a game changer, patients admitted to the hospitalist service will receive care from the comfort of their own homes!- APP will see about 5-6 patients per day. Patients will be seen by an APP every other day.- Hospital/Tele Command center Physicians will be available for video visits and back-up-Procedures may include Foley cath, IV line placement, drawing blood etc. and managing medication with a virtual RN from the command center-EPIC EMRMust be comfortable working autonomously and interfacing with patients and their families in their homes. Outstanding communication and problem solving skills are required.
