I mistakenly reserved rooms for later that night instead of at that moment. The front desk agent was able to fix the problem so that I didn’t have to choose between paying double or sleeping on an airport floor. Thank you so much!"

"Stained sheets, holes in bedspread. Handle of sink faucet fell off! Sticky floor. Overpriced for condition. Overall, yuck!!"

"Bugs, dirty, falling apart. Had to check in behind bulletproof glass. mad sketchy. If you need a few hours between flights and need a place to crash for the night. It’s cheap as hell. If you can stand the disgusting room it’s a low cost option. I’d vote this the most likely motel to get raided by police in all of Charlotte. "

"I didn’t even stay. I checked out and went to a different hotel. Dirty. Cobwebs still in the windows. Dirt on the floor. You could tell the building was not taking care of over the years. Reminded me of something definitely shady. I’d recommend staying somewhere else and paying a little bit more a night. I didn’t trust a mouse sleeping here. "
