"Everything was great, lobby and rooms are really clean and comfortable. The only downside is that they are very strict on check-in time which is at 3 pm, we arrived at 2:30 pm and they made us wait in the lobby for half an hour or they would charge extra. "

"Hotel Fire alarm went off 4 times one night durning my stay. On 1st alarm I rushed downstairs to lobby to see what was going on and front desk agent said it was false alarm. The alarm went off another 3 times , guest were in the hall way confuse as to evacuate or just another super loud false alarm again. Hotel should have a speaker announcing it was a false alarm so guest can stay in the room and not rush down the stairs to only be told it false alarm again. The driveway leading into hotel...

"I thought the property was really clean, breakfast was nice and I had no real problems. I would stay again but the incidental fee is 100.00 which I personally believe is too high. My kids and I came there after the tornado in Houston and our power being out and after staying in 2 other hotels that were just as nice if not better and the incidental fee was only 25.00 and 20.00 so this was really high for us!
