The scope of services includes flexible individualized treatment, rehabilitation, supervision, and support that vary in intensity, depending on youth and family needs. The services are delivered by a core team of staff using a Wraparound Philosophy support which helps family, support members, and service providers work together to support the family or child. In addition, all services are delivered using a Trauma Informed Care approach. The Outreach Counselor will provide an average of three to four hours of direct support weekly to each assigned family. Services will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each youth and family served, providing opportunity to maximize their ability to spend time together at home and in the community.
