"I stayed for a week because I had a funeral to attend and the property was near the family's home. The manager says he doesn't rent that suite because he uses every now and then. "Stained sheets, holes in bedspread. Handle of sink faucet fell off! Sticky floor. Overpriced for condition. Overall, yuck!!"

If you can stand the disgusting room it’s a low cost option. I’d vote this the most likely motel to get raided by police in all of Charlotte. "

"I didn’t even stay. I checked out and went to a different hotel. Dirty. Cobwebs still in the windows. Dirt on the floor. You could tell the building was not taking care of over the years. Reminded me of something definitely shady. I’d recommend staying somewhere else and paying a little bit more a night. I didn’t trust a mouse sleeping here. "
