UPDATE: Thank you for the suggestion! Reinstalled and works just like new again! This app makes it all so easy and is amazing! Ever since the last update I cannot get this app to work!! It shuts down my phone. It used to be amazing. Was able to see all my stats, sign up for classes, do all the things. Now it is just a blank orange screen and locks all the keys so unable to reset without a restart.

Hi Carrie! Thanks for submitting this review and we are sorry you are having this issue. If you can't open the app at all, please uninstall it and then install it again (you won't lose any data). If that doesn't fix the issue, please ask your studio to open a support ticket on your behalf so that we can figure out what's going on.

I've been unable to schedule classes for over a month now, which is the only reason I engage with the app, so it's useless to me. I might add well leave it uninstalled at this point. Several support tickets gave been opened and subsequently "resolved" without the issue being fixed. The only other way to schedule classes is by calling the studio on the phone.

The Orangetheory app offers a seamless experience with its convenient class schedule view, not only for your home studio but also for others so easy to book and cancel the classes. The inclusion of a comprehensive class history/ the challenges and a calorie tracking feature enhances your fitness journey, providing a well-rounded and user-friendly platform. Also, I love at home exercise tutorials. great app 👌
