Cruise Offers Ideal Views Of Cunard's Royal Rendezvous

New York City may be in the midst of snow but that isn't stopping a special event taking place in New York Harbor. Tomorrow, January 13, Cunard is hosting its Royal Rendezvous where their famed three Queens (Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria) will meet in the New York Harbor for a fanfare of fireworks near the Statue of Liberty. If you'd like a a comfortable view of this historic event World Yacht is offering a special cruise that takes place on the same day as the Royal Rendezvous. Boarding begins at 5:00 p.m., sailing from 6-9 p.m. Following the fireworks celebration at 6:45 p.m., World Yacht will follow the three Queens into the Harbor to the Verrazano Bridge, returning to Pier 81. This exclusive cruise costs $106.55 per person and includes a menu with ceviche, grilled filet mignon and pan-seared salmon.
