Most Expensive Zip Codes: 98039, Estate of the Day

For the next couple of weeks we will be checking out some homes in the most expensive zip codes in the United States, up today, 98039 . This zip code covers the town of Medina, Washington. This town is located opposite Seattle and is home to Bill Gates who as you might expect has a huge house. This area is mostly full of single family homes and embraces a wide variety of architectural styles from the traditional to more modern homes like today's example. This home was built by Washington firm Bender Chaffey which has created many of the contemporary homes in the area. The five-bedroom home has beautiful wood details and features like moveable walls. The home's large windows highlight views of Lake Washington.
