Redskins Hoping To Sell Out $90,000 Luxury Suites
Filed under: Sports

The Washington Redskins football organization is going on the offense to sell luxury suites at FedEx field. The Washington Post reports that the Redskins have taken out ads in recent issues of the Wall Street Journal touting the benefits of suite ownership as a business investment. The article states that out of 250 suites just 14 remain up for sale with starting prices of $90,000 for the year. The dipping economy has caused many teams to struggle to sell out luxury boxes that were once snapped up quickly. The ads feature the new and exciting members of the organization that could mean a renewed shot at playoff bids: general manager Bruce Allen, coach Mike Shanahan and quarterback Donovan McNabb. And for eyecandy there is also a photo of a couple of Redskins cheerleaders.
FedEx Field offers both Executive Club Suites and Owner's Club Suites. Suites have reserved parking, catered meals, field and tunnel passes and access to other special events. Owner's Club Suites are located near directly next to Redskins Owner's Suite 29 rows from the playing field and have pool tables and video walls.
