We first heard that Scott Baio had listed today's home in Toluca Lake, California back in July. Baio, who sold his Encino home in September for $2.5 million, is selling this seven-bedroom home, which belonged to his parents, along with his brother Steven, and sister Stephanie. This home was listed for $5.395 million back then but has since had a price cut.

The 11,000 square foot house has seven bedrooms, eight baths, a 26,000 square foot gated lot, guest house, and a pool in the back yard. The late Mario Baio bought the home in 1994 for $1,305,013 according to property records. But the house is too large for just their mother to live there alone anymore, according to the family. The home is designed for family life with both media and game rooms. It has a redone kitchen with granite countertops and Subzero and Gagganeu appliances. The downstairs master suite has a sitting room, fireplace, separate gym and office. There are three other downstairs suites. The home has a 10 car garage and also has an additional 1,500 square feet of interior space that could be used for a wine cellar or studio. Scott and Lisa Sorrentino of Rodeo Realty are listing the property which is now at $4.995 million. The property website is here.

Even adorable child stars have to leave the family nest at some point. Earlier this summer we learned that HIlary Duff and her wealthy hockey husband Mike Comrie had bought a home in the Summit community in Beverly Hills for $3.85 million so it was only a matter of time before her family manse in Toluca Lake, California hit the market. The Real Estalker reports that Duff bought the property through a trust for $3.5 million in 2004, when she was still a teenager.

The six-bedroom gated property has access to Toluca Lake and the home comes with an eight-seat electric boat. Duff's home is quite handsome with antique French oak floors and a comforting decor palette of soft, muted tones. The home has a den/office, library, billiard room, cognac room, wine cellar, gym, gift wrapping room, chef's kitchen, a game room and more. The master suite has his and hers walk-in closets and bathrooms. The kitchen is a grand skylighted space with a massive island. There is also a large dining room with a wet bar. This home is listed at $7 million.
