Dominic Chianese, the actor best known for playing Uncle Junior on "The Sopranos" has listed his two-bedroom co-op on East 89th Street for $1.9 million, down from its $2.15 million asking price in April. The triple mint, garden retreat is in a East End prewar coop building steps from Gracie Mansion and Carl Schurz Park. The apartment can be made even larger by purchasing an additional one bedroom unit above (for a total of $2.45 million). The living room/dining room area has two planted terraces overlooking a garden that connects this co-op to its sister buildings. The living room has a gas fireplace and there is a chef's kitchen and a master suite with a master bath and walk-in closet with a dressing area. [via the NY Post]
