Candy Spelling, owner of the most expensive home on the market in the United States, has the same problem many of us have, lots of belongings in need of storage. Unlike most of us, Spelling just happens to have a 17,000 square foot attic to stash her boxes in. And boy, is she organized. She recently broke down some of her storage secrets down for Yahoo Shine. She has devoted a not-inconsequential amount of time to keeping the space tidy. Unsurprisingly, since it's about the size of a big-box store and she studied the layouts of big-box stores for ideas, her attic looks like Costco. And ironically, for a woman who has saved and labeled everything, including a "big white rabbit husband and wife drinking tea," her first tip is "Be discriminating." Yes, of course. Is the Spelling Mansion Already For Sale?

Hot real estate news, TMZ is reporting that Candy Spelling, the widow of Aaron Spelling, is already shopping around the family manse. The ultra-posh Holmby Hills home is rumored to be listed at $150 million. TMZ says that the Westside Estate Agency has the listing, although they are quietly selling it so it's not on the website yet. The price would be a record-breaker but the home did cost $47 million to build in 1991. Is it fancier than Trump's $125 million mansion or Updown Court? I can't wait to see the listing on this one.
