Candy Spelling's Tips for Organizing a 17,000 Square Foot Attic

Candy Spelling, owner of the most expensive home on the market in the United States, has the same problem many of us have, lots of belongings in need of storage. Unlike most of us, Spelling just happens to have a 17,000 square foot attic to stash her boxes in. And boy, is she organized. She recently broke down some of her storage secrets down for Yahoo Shine. She has devoted a not-inconsequential amount of time to keeping the space tidy. Unsurprisingly, since it's about the size of a big-box store and she studied the layouts of big-box stores for ideas, her attic looks like Costco. And ironically, for a woman who has saved and labeled everything, including a "big white rabbit husband and wife drinking tea," her first tip is "Be discriminating." Yes, of course.
