Fashion designer Giambattista Valli teamed up with Nokia to create a new, limited edition phone that was just as much of a fashion accessory as it was a technological tool. The Nokia 7373 Special Edition was the result. The phone is available in two colors, Powder Pink and Black Chrome. The pink phone has a pearl necklace in place of the standard strap and has gold-tone heart and skull charms. The black phone has a high-gloss finish and has a matching black strap with a chromed skull charm. Each comes in a coordinating carrying case.
The phones will be released in Europe in March, with an estimated price of 280 euros ($368).
Sanrio is putting out a special Hello Kitty for the holiday shopping season. The figurine - and there is only one available - stand 2 1/4 inches high and weighs about 20 pounds. It is made of platinum and has seven jewel pendants that are made of rubies, pink sapphires and diamonds. The Hello Kitty will be offered for sale at the Mitsukoshi's flagship department store in Tokyo this Tuesday. The asking price is around $150,000.
This is one gorgeous car. It is the standard Lamborghini Murciélago LP640, with a bit of cosmetic enhancement, courtesy of a partnership with Versace. It has a white exterior, black interior and white seats. Most of the interior features Versace's signature Greek Key design, a geometric spiral that complements the angles of the car very well. This is a limited edition, and there is a plaque on the console that bears both the Versace and Lamborghini logos, as well as the edition number.
This new special edition iPod is a tribute to the band U2. The casing is black and it has a black steel back, which is engraved with the signatures of the band members. Differentiating it from other black iPods is the distinctive red click wheel. The iPod has 30GB of storage, with room for up to 7,500 songs, 25,000 photos, or 75 hours of videos. The black U2 iPod is $329. Included with purchase is an exclusive 30-minute U2 video from iTunes.

The
Bulgari special edition Flower Sunglasses hit all the
hot sunglass style points of the moment. They have black acetate wrap-around frames, large lenses and are loaded
with sparking Swarovski crystals. The flower detailing makes them unique in the bling department, since many other
sunglass designs this season took a more abstract approach to their ornamentation. Variations on the theme include
glasses without frames and colored frames, like the pair shown here in Bordeaux. The lens shades vary slightly with

area.
$50,000 for a Mustang? When Saleen's involved things get fancy and pricey. The Saleen/Parnelli Jones Limited
Edition Mustang has a classic muscle car look that is reminiscent of the Grabber Orange Boss 302 Mustang that Parnelli
Jones drove in 1970. Inside it's got the Saleen 302 cid V8 engine. Other details include 302 valve covers, a
black striped “shaker” hood, a 1970 replica rear wing and rear window quarter panels. It's only available
in the Grabber Orange shown here and it even comes with removable decals to make it look just like Parnelli's 1970
Mustang. They haven't announced how many units will be made but it will cost in the the mid-to-high $50,000 range. Autoblog

Assouline's special edition of In the Spirit of
Venice by Alexis Gregory is a two-book set printed on thick cotton paper with golden edges, wrapped with soft fabric
and contained in a luxurious velvet box. Gregory's book is a reminiscence of the famed city as seen through the eyes of
a bon vivant with the love of telling tales of the history and characters of the city. Like all of Assouline's
collections, the presentation is as important as the words. You can pick up the ordinary version for under $30 but this
deluxe version will run you $300.
The latest Maserati special edition is the
GranSport MC Victory which celebrates Maserati's
winning of the FIA GT Manufacturers Cup in 2005. The Maserati GranSport has a large front splitter, extended side
skirts and a small rear spoiler, all of which are designed to make the blue beauty more aerodynamic. Other details
include blue carbon fiber details, leather and alcantara (a type of fancy
upholstery) interior and an Italian flag recessed into the front wings. The car will be shown off at the Geneva Auto
Show and will go on sale in May as a limited edition of 180 cars.
