Ilona Szekeres wants to rehab Sunninghill Park, a massive mansion dubbed "Southyork" in honor of Southfork, the home on the "Dallas” TV show. The 12-bedroom was home was built in the 1980s for the former royal couple and has been on the market for two years. According toThe Times, Prince Andrew is asking £12 million. Szekeres is a friend of Sarah Ferguson and wants to make the spa idea a joint venture. The plan is to call the spa Ben’s after the names of the first letters of their children, Princess Beatrice, and Princess Eugene and Szekeres’s daughter, Nicole.
