Hollandia Brings $50,000 Beds To The U.S.

How mch would you pay for a bed? The Hollandia company thinks that Americans will be willing to pay $10,000 to $50,000 for their sleep systems which are debuting in the U.S. The company has opened its first American retail location in Philadelphia and plans to open other centers in the Northeast.

Why are the beds so pricey? The company says that it is because the company has invested time and money to create the perfect sleep. The bed frame is made from hard-pressure laminates which are tougher than steel and impervious to corrosion or damage. The frame is topped by the Hollandia Vita Talalay Latex mattress which is comprised of breathable latex wrapped in special Aloe Vera fibers that offer soft comfort. The mattress has also been calibrated for maximum sleep satisfaction. A portion of the mattress called the 'Flexible Shoulder Zone' is designed to offer support for side sleepers. The beds are adjustable and have quiet motors that let you move the bed into a variety of positions.
