Certainly the home has its own charms including vibrant zigzagl tilework in the kitchen and intricate Moroccan-style tile in the bathrooms. The home makes liberal use of color and finishes for a home that is charmingly mismatched and has a funky appeal. This is a bare feet and jeans kind of house with a black-bottom pool and terraces that offer plenty of room for entertaining. This home was listed at $2.695 million earlier in the year but can now be had for $2.295 million.
