I'm always attracted to bucket bags, they're always so comfy and practical and "cute." This one, the Stevie Leather Bucket Bag by Sara Berman, comes in textured earthy-purple leather with gold hardware, a drawstring top with long dangling pulls, a detachable shoulder strap, a zip pocket on the exterior front, and stud detailing down the sides. It's lined in bright leopard print cotton (surprise!) and has two pockets and a large designer plaque inside. It's both very simple and quite busy at the same time. $555

Oh happy yellow. The Mini Jivvy Studded Leather Bag by Sara Berman is shown here in my favorite shade of bright mustard and with lots of shiny studs to harden things up just a bit, although they're all in different sizes so there's still a touch of whimsy in the finished look. Yellow textured leather in a basic tote shape gets a few stitched seam details in addition to the studs, plus a shoulder strap with a large hook detail on one end (it's not completely detachable). Lined in leopard print this is one energetic handbag. $500

Suede is perfect for that transition period between summer and fall when you want to feel cozy but still want to keep things light. Sara Berman does suede up nicely in this simple tote that manages to have plenty of personality with just a few choice accents. Some days I prefer to be seen as 'low-maintenance' so I'll simplify my makeup, wear something jersey knit, and reach for a slouchy bag that can carry it all. Today is just such a day and when I came across Sara Berman's Decca Midi Studded shoulder bag I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. In mushroom leather with gold-tone studs of varying sizes along the strap and base, Sara's bag features rouched sides, a magnetic top fastening, two interior pouch pockets, one zip pocket and a fully lined interior of leapord-print satin. Delish! Easy-going but not sloppy it fits into any season for $545. (21" x 13" x 7" with 12" handle drop)
