Birkenstock is not one of the shoe brands that is usually associated with supermodels, but Heidi Klum collaborated with the German company to come up with a surprisingly stylish line of sandals that are also, like all of the designs from the company, orthopedically correct. The collection features silver and gold leather sandals, strappy lace-ups and a number of shoes that bear a strong resemblance to Converse styles from several years ago. Her collection also includes more traditional designs, like the black and white Napa leather sandals ($275) with rivets and crystals pictured here.

Capricieuse Wedge from Louis Vuitton has a four inch wedge for added height without being perched upon a tiny stiletto.
The sandal uses the classic Louis quatrefoil shape in a leather cutout design with gold links and metal studs. The
sandal also has the same design stitched on the sole. The shoe is also available in white and sells for $640. It's
a gorgeous summer shoe and one that will definitely leave interesting tanlines.
