Actor Jason Lee has a new series on television, Memphis Beat, and a beautiful old house to sell at a discount. The Real Estalker led us to the listing for Lee's home in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. The actor bought the three-bedroom home in 2007 from blues musician Robert Cray for $3.35 million. The home was built in 1948 and sits on 1.41 hillside acres. The main house is small by Hollywood standards, 2,205 square feet, and there is also a pool, pool house, studio space and a two-car garage on the property. The home has views of the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Park Observatory.

The main house is great space--a single story architecturally intriguing home with a large living room overlooking the pool. In the living room, beamed ceilings and a stone fireplace are complemented by the current mid-century modern furniture. The dining room has a concrete floor and huge windows that open the room directly to the outside. The bedrooms all open out to the terraces and patios and the master bedroom has an adjacent private garden. The separate studio has tile floors that run up the walls where they are met with a basket-like wall covering. The overall effect makes for a cozy and interesting retreat. The small pool house also has a porch and a vaulted wood ceiling. This home is listed at $3.25 million, $100,000 less that Lee bought it for. --Nigerian-born supermodel Oluchi Onweagba has bought a two-bedroom apartment at the new 10 West End Avenue condo, near Lincoln Center for $1,708,500. Her husband, Luca Luca designer, Luca Orlandi bought a Gramercy House penthouse earlier this year for $3.345 million so this apartment is for investment purposes. She plans to rent it out for around $11,500 a month.
