Real Housewife Kim Zolciak Lists Her Georgia Townhouse Again

kim zolciakAnother day, another Real Housewife listing. "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak is trying to sell off her three-bedroom townhouse in Duluth, Georgia. Zolciak is currently pregnant and engaged to professional football player Kroy Biermann. She listed the home back in 2009 for $568,700 but the home is now listed at $499,000. The Real Estalker reports that Zolciak bought the home in 2006 for $486,000.

Sometimes in celebrity listings we might see images of the celeb around the house, this listing has plenty of those but also shows Zolciak herself posed in her bedroom. The listing says the townhouse has had every upgrade possible and includes a small patio with an outdoor waterfall. The master bedroom is accented with tones of bordello red and gold but the other two bedrooms are done up in princess pink for Zolciak's two daughters.

The ridiculously extravagant Atlanta home of real estate developer, Lee Najjar, Zolciak's rumored "Big Poppa" ex-boyfriend mentioned on past seasons has lingered on the market. It was once for sale for $25 million but is now listed at $22.5 million.

Danielle Staub To Create Cross-Centered Jewelry Line

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey's" Danielle Staub is attempting to parlay her reality television fame into a branding juggernaut. Staub has a t-shirt line called "Danielle's Mafia" and she told TooFab that she is working on a "cross-inspired" jewelry line that she hopes to launch it in time for the holiday season. Staub says that the crosses are "an insignia of just being close whether it's a religious thing, or a relationship thing." She also says she wants do make rings and necklaces. She tells TooFab that she doesn't like necklace chains around her neck, although the picture at right seems to indicate otherwise. She plans to do leather or black rope necklaces and cuff bracelets but no earrings. She named Versani, a Manhattan-based jewelry house as her collaborator. Staub also has eventual plans for a fashion line.

"Real Housewives" jewelry is a competitive field. Lynne Curtin from "The Real Housewives of the OC" has a line of jewelry (many with a cross motif). Ramona Singer from "The Real Housewives of New York City" has her jewelry line with HSN. Kelly Killoren Bensimon also from "The Real Housewives of New York City" sells her feathers and leather jewelry designs on her own website. Lisa Wu Hartwell of "The Real Houswives of Atlanta" sells jewelry and clothing on her website. Also from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" Teresa Giudice also sells her own jewelry on her TG Fabulicious website.

Staub's New Jersey home remains on the market for $1.095 million.

A Real Housewife's Alpharetta Home, Estate of the Day

The Real Estalker led me to the story of yet another house connected to Bravo's Real Housewives franchise. This home belonged to Eric and DeShawn Snow. DeShawn was one of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" in the first season. Eric Snow is a former professional basketball player who played with the Seattle SuperSonics, Philadelphia 76ers and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Snows are in the midst of a divorce which began when it was revealed that Snow was expecting a child with a woman other than his wife.

This six-bedroom home in Alpharetta, Georgia was built by the Snows. They bought a 4.65 acre plot of land for $395,000 in 2005 in The Manor Golf and Country Club. Their home was finished in 2008 and measures over 10,000 square feet. It opens with a sweeping floating staircase that rises up to the second floor rooms. The huge windows in the formal living room has massive draperies. The home also has a formal dining room, family room, home theater and his and hers offices. The master bedroom has a raised sitting area, custom closets and a master bathroom with a fireplace.

The lower terrace level has a billiard room, card room, wine cellar, a full bar/family room, exercise facilities, and a hair salon. The backyard includes a children's playground with jungle gym, a basketball/sport court, and a large swimming pool. Two octagonal open air pavilions frame the swimming pool. One contains an outdoor kitchen and barbecue station, the other is near a spa and sitting area in front of an outdoor fireplace. This home is listed at $4.998 million.

More "Real Housewives" Real Estate Drama

lisa wu-hartwellThe real estate hijinks around the "Real Housewives" shows continues. TMZ reports that Lisa Wu-Hartwell of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" has lost her Atlanta-area home. Hartwell and her husband, former Oakland Raiders linebacker Edgerton Hartwell bought their Duluth, Georgia home for $2.9 million in 2007 but sold it in a short sale situation this month for $1.9 million. The couple are reportedly ensconced in a new home on ten acres.

The real estate machinations surrounding the housewives are epic. We've seen several of the Orange County housewives including Jenna Keough and Tamra Barney flirt with foreclosure and short sales. A couple of the New York housewives have been trying to sell their homes including Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon.
