The World's Most Expensive Suit

Last year designer Alexander Amosu unveiled a suit that sold for £70,000 and was dubbed the world's most expensive suit has been unveiled. That's nothing compared to the new world's most expensive suit designed by Richard Jewels of Manchester & Stuart Hughes of Liverpool. The suit is made from a blend of cashmere wool, silk and diamonds. The suit took 600 man hours to create and has 480 diamonds positioned around the suit. Each stone is 0.5 carats, G color, VS2 quality for a total of 240 carats. Only three suits will be made and each costs £599,000. The Sun reports that the first suit, a size 41 long, has been sold to a buyer in France. The suitmakers are donating ten per cent of each sale to the Haiti relief fund.
