Huf Huas Makes Pre-Fab Homes Fabulous

Luxury housing and pre-fab have generally been two very different things but Huf Haus is changing the face of prefabrication by offering convenient, well-made factory homes that emphasize luxury. Based out of Germany, the firm builds homes in Europe before shipping them piece by piece to locations all around the world. The walls arrive with doors and windows already installed so building is a snap and a house can be up and completed in as little as a week. The Bauhaus-inspired floor plans are open, spacious and full of light, not to mention fully customizable so no two are exactly the same. Luxuries include floors of hardwood and granite, solar panels and heat pumps on the roof to maximize efficiency, and all kinds of paint, tile, and luxe material options for the interior.
All that beauty and convenience doesn't come cheap, though, as Huf Haus homes differ from stereotypical pre-fabs in one other key way: they're not cheap. Expect to pay $1-$10 million to have one of your own.
