What Are Your Summer Must Haves?

Every summer has it's own set of "must haves," and this summer is no different. Portfolio.com has come up with their set of 'can't do withouts,' and it's a mix of luxurious exclusives available to a limited few. Like tickets to the 2007 Hamptons Social that go for $15,000 each, Hermès' newest version of its 1928 Cape Cod watch in a limited edition of only 10, and a tote or trunk from exclusive Parisian luggage-maker Goyard. What's on your "must have" list for this summer? What about this upcoming fall?

Looking Glass Portfolios

The Looking Glass portfolios from Lost Luggage make a great impression before the cover is even opened. The portfolios come in a variety of styles from bright orange acrylic to this solid Wenge wood encapsulated in acrylic. The portfolios expanded as needed and hold standard sheets. This version has gray anodized spines with jute leather hinges. This version comes in two sizes, 8.5" x 11" and 11" x14", selling for $260 and $295 respectively at Paperhaus.

Think Pink Jewelry Portfolio

During September and October, Red Envelope is donating 10% of the proceeds from their new pink-themed collection to the Entertainment Industry Foundation's Women's Cancer Research Fund, which makes the Think Pink Jewelry Portfolio and even more appealing piece. Styled after professional jewelers' cases, it is made with a textured pink leather and has a super-soft faux suede interior. The slim jewelry case measures 6.5" x 3/4" x 11" when closed, but folds out to reveal a spacious compartment for organizing all your accessories, from rings to necklaces. It's made for travel, but it would make a great gift, too. Price: $85.
