Oscar night is coming up on March 7 and this year's show plans to be bigger than ever with two hosts, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin and 10 nominees for Best Picture. Wolfgang Puck reveals his Oscar menu including smoked salmon blinis with dill cream, mini burgers with cheddar cheese and remoulade and slow braised short ribs.
