Martin House was designed in 1903 and completed in 1904. The home has been preserved and resorted to its original layout and has three stories of Prairie-Style details. The home features original woodwork, art glass windows and built-ins. The home has had some updates including a kitchen renovation but the spirit of FLW remains. The home has a prow-shaped porch that looks out over a koi pond and a perennial garden. It is listed at $1.429 million.
