The LA Times Hot Property column brought my attention to this home, owned by guitarist Nicky Panicci. Panicci has a lovely renovated three-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills. The home was built in 1962 and has large walls of glass that showcase the canyon and city views. The decks offer a great place to hang out. The home is fairly small (around 2,000 square feet) and on a small lot but it has a lot of charm. The three-story house includes a spiral staircase and the master bedroom suite has a separate entrance. The A-frame home has dark beams and a modernist feel.
