This zip code encompasses the Bel Air area of Los Angeles, CA, some of the most rarified real estate around. This area is home to a wide variety of celebrities and wealthy movers and shakers who enjoy the neighborhood's security and privacy. This zip code has a median price of $3,119,000 with a ridiculously high appreciation rate of 442% since 1990.
