Orlando Bloom Lists Hollywood Hills Home For Lease
Filed under: Estates, Celebrity Shopping
As Orlando Bloom prepares for the arrival of his new baby with Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr it seems that they won't be welcoming the new child in his Hollywood Hills home. The LA Times reports that Bloom bought in 2007 for $2.75 million and now the home, which is in a gated Hollywood Hills community, is listed for lease at $18,000 a month. The four-bedroom house has more than 3,200 square feet of living space on a lot of three-quarters of an acre that includes a pool, pro swim machine and spa and a large motor court. Walnut doors open into the one-story home. Listing pictures mostly show the outside spaces including the grounds and the home's black exterior but the kitchen which the listing dubs "unique & so hip" has a fireplace. This is the home that was robbed back in 2009 when thieves made off with a reported $500,000 in goods. Bloom was not home at the time. Perhaps Blooms is in the mood for a little more privacy. Recently photographers dogged him as he went was riding his motorcycle in the Hollywood Hills, provoking him to get in a photographer's face. The listing for the home is with Venessa Blair of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills East office.
