Property around Whitefish Lake in Montana has gotten rather pricey. Case in point, today's home, a newer home with large glass windows facing the lake. Lake of the Isles, Estate of the Day

I am a bit of a sun bunny so I don't often venture too far into the colder areas but there are some serious real estate values in colder areas. Today's estate is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This lovely Georgian Revival which was built in 1917 has eight bedrooms and nearly 9,000 square feet of space. The home has been updated and some rooms such as the gourmet kitchen and the library are a bit heavy on the dark wood but in keeping with the overall look of the home.
