Lenny Kravitz Lists New Orleans Cottage

We've admired Lenny Kravitz's decorating style in a couple of his former dwellings including his New York condo and his Miami house. Had the Real Estalker not clued us into the fact that this was Lenny's lair we might have guessed it (and not just from the strategically placed guitar resting against the very shiny leather couch). Kravitz loves design so much that he has his own design firm (Kravitz Design of course) and has worked on rock-and-roll themed projects like the recording studio at the Setai Miami Beach. He also has a line of wallpaper.Kravitz's cottage measures a modest 1,725 square feet and has a single bedroom. The Real Estalker reports that he picked up the 220-year-old French Quarter cottage way back in 1994 for $360,000. Kravitz created a dramatic main living space with gleaming hardwood floors, a Lucite grand piano that once belonged to Ingrid Bergman, silvered wallpaper and a massive portrait of Billie Holiday. There is a small sleeping loft for guests and a modest patio out back. This home is listed at $775,000 with French Quarter Realty.
