There is a three-bedroom unit listed at $4.59 million which has an outdoor deck and another unit with three bedrooms for $3.99 million. --Lorraine Bracco has cut the price on her Snedens Landing property down to $2.9 million. The home first hit the market for $4.4 million in 2004 and was $3.2 million when we checked it out as an estate of the day earlier this year.

--Brian Cook of the L.A. Lakers has bought a townhouse in Hermosa Beach for about $1.6 million.

Actress Lorraine Bracco seems to have a love of quietly charming homes. Her house in Bridgehampton, which has been pulled off the market had a very cozy look and the same is true of her house in Snedens Landing which we learned was on the market through Braden Keil's column in the New York Post. While not as posh an address as the Hamptons, the town does offer a quick escape from the city. Bracco's home sits on two acres bordered by the Hudson River. The cute cottage has a master bedroom with a fireplace and views of the Hudson River. Other interesting details include a circular stone stairway leading to a terraced garden, a skylit bedroom/sitting area with a fireplace and a large great room which has a deck. The home was built in the 1960s but has an updated kitchen. The Real Estalker reports that Bracco bought the home from Ellen Burstyn back in 1989 and has been trying to sell it for a few years (perhaps because she is saving up for a vineyard). Vince Neil, Motley Crue's lead singer, has a new gig. A while back I wrote about his foray into the world of wine. Neil now also has followed in the footsteps of another wild-haired rocker, and launched his own tequila. Sopranos actress Lorraine Bracco is yet another celebrity winemaker. Bracco's wines are are available in the New York tri-state area this spring and will be available nationwide in the fall. Her wines include eight different varietals (Barolo, Amarone Classico, Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Montepulciano, Pinot Grigio, Brunello Di Montalcino and Primitivo) chosen from various Italian producers that she picked out herself. Bracco isn't involved in wine production yet but according to an interview in Wine Spectator posted on Avenue Vine, she would like to be. On her website it says that she is interested in purchasing her own vineyards.
