Today's estate is quite the compound. It sits on 17 south facing acres on Lopez Island, one of the San Juan Islands in Washington state. This property has a large main home on a peninsula, three guest houses, a barn with office and a greenhouse with surrounding gardens and orchards, a lighted tennis courts, pond with pier, small sandy beach, and best of all, a cute shingled treehouse.
