Tetra Coffee Table

Coffee tables are a fairly important piece in family and living rooms, but they're not always the most useful pieces of furniture. Inevitably, they are too small or too far out of reach for at least one person. If your table is very large, it simply takes up far more space than it warrants because it's not going to be in use all the time, except as something to collect clutter. The solution? Coffee tables like the Tetra Table. It is compact, but has a number of shelves that can be extended out as needed to create more space. Each shelf will slide neatly back into the central table, meaning that it will never take up more space in the room than you need it to and that you won't have extra, unused spaces asking to have yet another coffee table book stacked on them. The Tetra Table comes in beech with a blue/beige laminate top and is also available in Iroko wood with a black/beige or white/beige laminate Price: $1476.

The Thomas Pheasant Collection at Baker Furniture

This beautiful room shows off some of the designs Thomas Pheasant has created for Baker Furniture. This sophisticated bedroom includes the Luxe bed (which starts at $10,360) the gently glowing alabaster concentric circle lamps (two at $1,386 each), two Empire chests (6,986 each) and the tufted back lounge chair ($3,584). At a total of other $30,000 (and we haven't even priced the sheets), it's definitely not Ikea. The collection is full of mahogany and muted shades of cream and dove gray for a glamorous look. There are several other room scenes to browse including dining rooms and living rooms done with a similar color scheme.
