I'm interested in today's estate not so much for the style, which is a bit standard McMansion but for the location. This home is located on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Now if you've ever been flipping through the television channels on a Sunday morning you might have seen one of those commercials with TV stars of yesteryear hawking land in Arkansas. The quest for a place with real estate value lures in many a buyer. Today's home is on the water in Lake Hamilton, Arkansas, a recreation area that is now starting to have clusters of these houses linking the shores. This home is 10,000 square feet with five bedrooms. It looks like the builders might have economized by using the same granite in multiple places. The home includes all the standard luxury details, the kitchen island, the clear glass rainshower, the multiple Jacuzzis and granite showers and televisions everywhere. It also has two capstone gas fireplaces , a glass lighted waterfall and a wine cellar. It is listed at $4.9 million. After the jump, a shabby chic cabinet is an odd choice for the home theater.
