Paris Hilton's Mom Is In The Fragrance Business Too

Usually children follow in the footsteps of their parents, but in the case of the Hiltons one parent is following in those of her children: Kathy Hilton has her own fragrance. Called "My Secret" it comes in a very pretty jewel-like bottle (a pink heart though? Come on) and has top notes of mandarin, freesia, and peony, middle notes of rose, jasmine, and apricot leaf, and bottom notes of sandalwood, vanilla musk, and sandalwood. Available at Macy's for $52-$68 (FYI this version of the bottle featuring Kathy's signature is a limited edition).

Kathy Hilton's Diamond Jacket

A few weeks ago, we saw a diamond shirt hit the runway, now we see a diamond jacket on none other than Paris Hilton's mother Kathy. Kathy wore the platinum and diamond ruffled jacket to the "The Women's Project" event in New York on March 12th. Hilton was being honored at the Women's Project 22nd Annual Women of Achievement Gala along with playwright Eve Ensler and designer Vivienne Tam. The jacket was created by Lazare Kaplan and contains two pounds of platinum and 300 carats of diamonds. The jacket was a loaner for Mrs. Hilton and is worth around $1 million.

Paris Hilton Gets Her Gifts Swiped

Paris Hilton managed to make even Mother's Day all about her. An AP story says that a bag of nearly $10,000 worth of Dior baubles destined for Kathy Hilton was stolen from outside the Hilton home. Paris's spokesman dutifully reports that Paris "spent three or four hours shopping to put together this wonderful collection of things for her mom." When a delivery person set the package down to ring the buzzer on the gate, a passing car grabbed the gifts. This isn't the first time Paris has lost something. Her sex tape, her personal papers, her Sidekick and more have all wound up missing. Is Paris the most absent-minded girl in the world, a victim of a roving band of Hilton-centered thieves or does her PR team keep sticky fingers in their employ in order to keep their girl in the news?
