Ivana Trump Yanked Off Palm Beach Plane

Many people get frustrated flying over the holidays but not too many people have a meltdown and get dragged off a plane. Ivana Trump was reportedly dragged off a flight headed to New York City on Saturday afternoon at Palm Beach International Airport. The ex-wife of Donald Trump was removed from the plane because she screamed and cursed at children.

According to a piece in the Sun-Sentine
l, she was in first class and was angry because children were "running up and down the aisle and screaming." The article goes on to say that flight attendants tried to calm her down by offering her another seat and headphones but she only became more upset. The plane was just about to leave the gate, but like an angry dad in a car, the pilot decided to turn the plane around. She was asked to voluntarily leave the plane, refused, and was physically removed by deputies. Trump hasn't been charged in the incident and her driver picked her up at the airport soon after.

Ivana Versus Donald: Who Had the Flashier Wedding?

The details of Ivana Trump's weekend wedding are pretty amazing but what might be the most interesting is how similar the wedding is to her ex-husband's wedding back in 2005. After all, Donald and Ivana each married a much younger spouse at the very same location, the Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida. Ivana wore 450 carats worth of LEVIEV diamonds including a 71.76 carat diamond necklace and 6.39 carat oval-cut diamond earrings on her wedding night. Trump's wife Melania wore a $200,000 satin and rhinestone Dior gown and Fred Leighton jewels for their wedding. Ivana's wedding cake was 12 feet tall and weighed in at 770 pounds. Donald's last wedding included a seven-tier cake that weighed over 200 pounds. Donald Trump's guests were entertained by a 36-piece string orchestra that was local whereas Ivana had a 24-piece orchestra flown in from Paris. Donald had more celebrity guests but the Ivana got serenaded by Neil Sedaka. Let's just call this one a draw and say that though they may be divorced the ex-Trumps certainly have a lot in common.

Ivana Trump's Latest Real Estate Project

Last time I looked Ivana Trump's real estate projects were in trouble. Her tower in Las Vegas was scrapped and Great Barrier Reef development was said to be in danger. But proving she's still a Trump in spirit at least, Ivana is trying again. Her latest project is La Residence by Ivana Trump, a 27-story tower in Beirut. Trump is working with DAMAC Properties to create the tower of one, two, and three bedroom apartments,  duplexes and penthouses with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Amenities include marble and wooden flooring, a children's play area, smart home technology, swimming pool, an exotic sauna and Jacuzzi, gym, several restaurants and  24 hours concierge service.

More Real Estate Woes for Ivana Trump

More bad news for Ivana Trump? First we heard that her Ivana Great Barrier Reef project was in trouble, now Page Six says her Vegas project isn’t looking so hot either.  Her ambitious 80-story Las Vegas tower that would have been the largest project in Vegas may be a failure. Her co-developers  aren’t selling units anymore and the site is on the market for $49 million. Perhaps the Donald’s ex should stick to selling products on QVC.
