The Isabella Fiore Hot Studded Blossom Hobo is one of the most daring purses we've seen this season, when all the designers seem to be playing it safe.

The inventive shape of this bag makes it stand out immediately -- we love the tasseled drawstring gather with two belt-clasped pockets on the well-defined sides. On closer look, we noted the stud work. The studs are meticulously placed on tiny pleats, adding intricacy and luxury to the look of the bag.

This 15.5"W x 12.5"H x 5.5"D hobo comes in Aqua (shown) and Sun (a beige-y yellow), and has a lovely floral lining. The bag does not rely on the drawstring alone, there is a concealed magnetic snap at the top.

The Isabella Fiore Russian to Woodstock Hannah Satchel has wooden handles and exquisite floral embroidery. The shamelessly springy feel of the bag is only enhanced by its vintage look.

This satchel's shape is a classic made modern by interior zippers and a cell phone pocket. The bag is made from soft, buttery lambskin, and features a magnetic closure at the top. Its generous 17"W x 9.75"H x 3"D size makes it bolder -- it's not just floral, it's a lot of floral.

For this and other reasons, we recommend keeping it casual with this bag -- wooden details are almost always a great match with denim. Wear what you would've worn to Woodstock (or what you did wear) with this satchel.

This material might look a little like drapery fabric, but that is what I love about this bag. The gathered Spanish Chenille looks feminine and soft and the metallic leather accents have a warm glow. With convenient flap pockets on either side and protective metal feet, it is well-designed and beautiful. Measuring 10" x 15 ½" x 6 ½, it is also available in black and sells for $650.

This little bag oozes sophistication. Gorgeous patent leather is subtly crinkled and accented with tonal top-stitching on the seams and handles. With just the bare minimum of gold-tone hardware, this frame top satchel might be simply styled, but it really packs a punch in gorgeous cherry red. It's also available in jet black, but that one just doesn't have the wow factor that this one does. $347.

Isabella Fiore's bags always catch my eye. They stand out from other bags and I have yet to come across one that I don't love. I like this one for the pretty contrasting detail as well as the shape. With a black leather paisley cutout over ivory, the bag is accented with antique brass hardware. The frame top is secured with a turn-lock closure and the inside features three pockets, one zip compartment and a cotton lining. $544.

Isabelle Fiore Peacock Clutch, Handbag of the Day

I'm a sucker for a peacock bag, what better emblem of the brilliantly showy than nature's own glamour bird. This latest clutch from Isabella Fiore has vivid peacock embroidery on black patent leather for added gleam. It has a cotton lining and the inside has one zip and two open pockets. It's not as incredible as the Valentino peacock but at $325, it's not quite as expensive either.

In fairness, a wallet is not the same thing as a handbag, but larger wallets are similar enough to clutches that we're willing to make an exception for the summery Sail Away Wallet Collection from Isabella Fiore and include them as today's Handbag of the Day post. While green velvet is not going to be the "it" fabric of any season in the foreseeable future, it manages to work extremely well on Isabella Fiore's Cory Celtic Satchel. The olive green velvet gives the purse an antiqued feel, further emphasized by the slightly aged gold hardware, which perfectly matches the Celtic styling of the bag as a whole. Isabella Fiore went bold - very bold - with her collection of handbags for the fall. Instead of sticking with staid blacks, browns and earth tones, she used vibrant colors and prints to add interest to the pieces and make them stand out. The Embroidered Floral Satchel has a design that almost looks like a bouquet of flowers set in embossed brown leather. An elegant top handle, secured with gold rings, and a flap closure top off this bag.
