Another beauty in one of my favorite places, Lake Tahoe, Crystal
Waters offers gorgeous mountain views in Incline Village, Nevada. The home is carved into the side of the mountain
and has over 6,000 square feet of space. Two of the four bedrooms have fireplaces and the living room has a
fireplace and wet bar. The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with a large island and a dining area. The home has a
private pier with an electric boat hoist and buoy. The home is being sold fully furnished for $6.2 million. Given some
of the other estates we have seen in the area, it's
practically a bargain.
