Homes Up For Auction In Park City

Seven homes in the Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah will hit the auction block at the end of March. Accelerated Marketing Partners has announced that it will hold a real estate auction for seven Upper Deer Valley Homes at Lookout at Deer Valley on March 27. The auction will be held at th Stein Eriksen Lodge and mimium bids on the homes range from $1.65 million to $2.55 million which is up to 59 percent below the last asking prices.

Lookout at Deer Valley is a 44-acre community of 35 home sites with 270-degree panoramic views of the Deer Valley Resort and Park City ski runs. The seven homes include four and five bedroom homes with original asking prices as high as $5.595 million.Residents can take advantage of a private homeowners' shuttle service with front-door-pickup, taking them to the lifts of Silver Lake and other destinations within Park City. Other amenities include concierge service, a clubhouse with a private owner's lounge, patio grill and fireplace, and a lookout observatory tower. Five of the homes available at auction are ready for immediate occupancy, two of them can be customized and will be ready for occupancy later this year. The homes have vaulted ceilings, wood-paneled doorways and large stone fireplaces. Gourmet kitchens have granite counters and SubZero appliances and master baths offer heated travertine stone flooring and jetted spa tubs. The homes are geared to an active lifestyle with oversized deck, garage space with ski-storage and ski/snowboard racks and mud rooms. More information is available on the auction website.

No Reserve On Florida Mansion Auction

I've been following the increase of auctions of major homes in Florida for over a year but what is changing is that now instead of minimum bids that at least promise a price in the millions, some of these mega homes are now being auctioned with no reserve, meaning they'll take whatever high price they can get. The home shown above is located on Sailfish Point, a peninsula near Stuart, Florida. It is located in a private, gated community that has a clubhouse, tennis courts and fitness center. The oceanfront home has 12,000 square feet of space including six bedrooms, multiple kitchens, eight bathrooms, a wine cellar and an elevator. The infinity pool over looks the Atlantic Ocean. Development company Barret Sailfish has authorized the auction firm of Karlin Daniel & Associates to sell the property at public auction on Thursday, March 12th at 4 p.m. Potential bidders need to show up with $50,000 in cash or a cashier's check or write a check with sufficient funds to pay the balance of a full 10% of the bid amount. The entire balance of the bid must be paid within 30 days of the auction date and the home is being sold "as is" and is listed as "designer ready" which leads me to believe it's not entirely finished on the inside. Million-Dollar Homes Up For Auction in Arizona

I've found more than a few luxury home auctions in Florida, but now the luxury home auction business model is hitting Arizona in a big way. On April 30, Eric Nelson Auctioneering, in association with the Larsen Company, will auction off 14 properties from LaBlonde Homes and Sundance Housing in the Scottsdale area. Homes worth as much as $3.495 million will be auctioned off. The auction also includes several one-acre homesites with an estimated value of $300,000 available at a starting bid of just $75,000. The opening bids for the million-dollar-plus homes are all just about half the estimated value of the home. Open houses are held every Saturday and Sunday from 12-4 p.m. and the homes will also be open auction day from 12-4 p.m. The gallery below features the top seven most expensive homes in the auction.
