This home attracted me first with the news that it was a major price reduction. We all love a good deal and this home just had a $900,000 price cut. Real estate in Colorado does seem to be struggling in some areas. This home, near Durango, Colorado is a 8,275 square foot home in the gated community of High Meadows Ranch. The home sits on 60 secluded acres with views of the valley and Red Cliffs. The five-bedroom home also comes with one-bedroom guest quarters and a five-car garage.
