As we mentioned earlier, this house is involved in the sordid drama of the Charlie Sheen/Denise Richards marriage. Richards bought the home after she first separated from Sheen on the recommendation of her friend Heather Locklear who lives down the street. According to the tabloids, Richards is now dating Locklear's soon-to-be ex, Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. Locklear is allegedly dating David Spade. Now that we've addressed the rumor mill, let's check out the house. It's located in the gated enclave of the North Ranch Country Club Estates. The home sits on one acre and has seven bedrooms and other details including a theater room, maids living quarters and a family room with a built-in entertainment center. It's in a private part of town and quite a large home but it looks like Richards moved her children's toys in, added a couple of Pottery Barn couches and called it a day.
