Whimsical Glass Faucets from James McKelvey

Not only is this faucet beautiful but it also appeals to the whimsical child inside of me that still secretly gets a kick out of using silly straws. Bright vibrant color combines with the natural beauty of glass for a unique visual impact. Standing tall above the vanity the James McKelvey collection of glass faucets feature a ribbed hand-blown design in lead-free crystal that is easy to clean and bacteria resistant. And they're not only beautiful to look at, but to use also as the water will stream down from such a high vantage point. Available in a variety of heights, colors, and single or double-twist designs, you can easily fit it into almost any color and decorating scheme.

Infusion Art Glass Sculptures

I'm one of those people that really buys into the way something is described, and I love how these Infusion Art Glass Sculptures are explained as "juicy drops of color trapped in ice." That's really perfect! Created by Jamie Harris, special glass blowing and carving techniques are used to mold colored and clear glass pieces together for a light-catching artistic result. Available in 3 sizes and a variety of color combinations you're sure to find either the single perfect one for your home -- or buying a group and displaying them together would be great too (that's what I would do, I don't think I could decide!). $1600-$2200

Wobble Cognac Glasses

Say the word "whimsy" and you've got my attention -- I love anything fun and slightly wacky, but not necessarily ridiculously over the top. These Wobble Cognac Glasses are great, I think, because they look interesting without sacrificing any class. They were designed with bouquet, temperature, and volume in mind, and the delicate shape is said to enhance the pleasure, deep color, and movement of the drink (and also the glass to some extent, obviously). Made of hand-blown glass and available in sets of two for $50.

Esque Terrariums

Even if you're not generally a fan of houseplants, terrariums are a great way to bring some life and green indoors in a way that keeps with structured and styled decor -- you get all the benefits of a houseplant but without the potentially unruly appearance and dead leaves falling all over.

These darling little Esque Terrariums from Velocity are perfect to sit anywhere. Hand-blown, each one is unique and signed by the artist. They're made from 100% recycled glass and heated in a furnace powered completely by wind energy -- truly "green" art in more ways than one! The plant isn't included, and they're available in two sizes (8" and 12"). $600-$800

Esque Glass Revolver

Paperweights are interesting pieces of desktop art, which is why we love them. We all know that there are not often high-speed winds sweeping through our offices. This Esque Revolver is an exceptional example of paperweight art. It is hand-blown glass that is shaped into a life-size revolver. Though each piece varies slightly, they are strikingly realistic, not to mention beautiful. The glass is recycled, and the revolver can be blown in amber or metallic blue. All pieces are custom made to order. Price: $315.
