Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek
Another golfers' delight community is being built. The interesting thing about this one in Warwick, Pennsylvania is that is a new development of 210 single-family homes overlooking an 18-hole public golf course, a 50-acre park and 2 miles of walking trails. The Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek is the second phase of the Heritage Creek project, an adjoining age-restricted development of 402 single homes and 115 condominiums. The new homes are 3,477 to 4,300 square feet and are aimed at retiring baby boomers. The four-bedroom homes start in the mid-$600,000s.[via PhillyBurbs.com]
