Givenchy's been around since the 50's and has employed both John Galliano and Alexander McQueen as featured designers. Audrey Hepburn was perhaps the most notable Givenchy lover. These black leather open-toe ankle booties, are fashion forward and fun. The large silver buckle is offset by the strappy detailing, making them look both feminine and tough! I can see myself carrying this go-with-anything black and white leather tote on a regular basis. At 18" x 16.5" x 1", it's large enough to hold everything I need and has plenty of room for additional shopping finds. It has wide, comfortable straps and the interior cell and zip pockets will prevent the awkward 'tote-dig'. Departing from the far more common style of having separate handles that are attached with rings, buckles to stitching, Givenchy's Leather Shopping Tote has shoulder straps that are merely an extension of the calf leather from the rest of the bag. This makes it clear that you are getting the best quality leather throughout the bag, as some manufacturers take advantage of the opportunity offered by detached handles to make use of smaller scrap leather or pieces that were too flawed to find their way onto the main bag.
