Giuseppe Zanotti's Fall Jewelry Line

We've covered Giuseppe Zanotti's handbag and shoe designs before. He is now in the world of jewelry design. His Fall 2010 line picks up where his studded shoes and bedazzled bags leave off with leather, spikes, crosses and other rock-and-roll friendly designs. Last month at the MTV Music Awards Lady Gaga took Zanotti's Swarovski crystal covered choker and matching cuff for a spin. The pieces shown at right are made of silver-colored galvanized brass, with claw-set mini and maxi Swarovski crystals. The choker is 1,300 euros and the cuff is 600 euros.

Much of the fashion world has re-purposed the 1980's look into clothing and accessories and this particular handbag certainly fits that look. Bold coloring and an exposed zipper harken back to the leggings and punk rocker vibe for me. Featuring cobalt-blue crystals shining atop a black suede backdrop this clutch by Giuseppe Zanotti would pair perfectly with an electric blue mohawk. Embellished with a diagonal zipper cutting through the crystals and a fold-over flap with magnetic fastening, this perky little bag also has an internal pouch pocket and is lined with designer-stamped satin for $930. Talk about simple. You can't get a more basic shape than the plain 'bank bag' style rectangle that is this Suede Skull Zip-Pull Clutch by Giuseppe Zanotti. But simple doesn't mean bad, and this clutch is anything but plain when you look at the details. Made of black leather with a gold-glitter finish it has an exposed zipper with a pull made of a small skull and crossbones covered in crystals. It also has a small designer-stamped leather plaque on the back and is fully lined in designer-stamped black satin. $595

Giuseppe Zanotti Studded Sandals

Canvas gets a sexy upgrade in Giuseppe Zanotti's High Heeled Sandals ($512). Usually a material associated with sneakers and tote bags, it's refreshing to see canvas used in this way. The color choice is great since olive is a muted color tone that is complimentary to a number of outfits regardless of the color scheme.

While canvas lends itself to be casual, it's the addition of silver studs and 4 inch heels that are harmoniously brought together to create a pair of chic heeled sandals making them ideal for casual outfits when you still want height but you don't want to appear overdressed. They have a cross over foot strap and a zipper back so you don't have to try and squeeze your foot in when your putting them on.

Giuseppe Zanotti Diamanté Skull Canvas Tote, Handbag of the Day

And the skull trend goes on, this time on this Diamanté Skull Canvas Tote by Giuseppe Zanotti. It's made of dark green canvas, with a camouflage pattern lurking behind the fringe-trimmed diamanté skull, and dark brown leather, red stitching, and silvertone hardware studs along the bottom to finish up the 'tough glamour' vibe. Swarovski Embellished Sandals by Giuseppe Zanotti

Wow. I'm not sure where to start. Sort of a glamour meets goth look going on here, and although the cutout sides, peep toes, and jagged edges complete with silver and black Swarovski crystal embellishments is sure to be eye catching the bright purple interior that adds so much in this photo is unfortunately for your eyes only, as it doesn't show when the shoe is being worn. An interesting and truly "fierce" addition to your stiletto collection, this Swarovski Sandal by Giuseppe Zanotti goes for $1,150.
