--The posh penthouse at One Beacon Court
has sold for $25 million has been sold to David Mack and his wife, Sondra. The former owner bought it last year for $27 million.
--Alan Wilzig, heir, along with his brother Ivan, to a banking fortune has plans to spend more than $75 million to turn a 300-acre property in upstate New York into a private auto and motorcycle racing facility known as Wilzig Racing Manor.
--$20 million for a guest house? Herbert Allen is selling a six-bedroom house on Gin Lane in Southampton which is a guest house across the street from the main house.
--Cosmetics heir Ronald Lauder has sold a 40-acre farm in Wainscott for $26 million, after buying it in 1997 for only $5.5 million.
-- The 4,000-square-foot apartment at 147 Waverly Place, has sold for $10 million.
--The last remaining example of architect Wilson Eyre's works on Long Island is going on the auction block on July 13. The house is so beautiful that I have to show you the pictures, it's our estate of the day later on today.

The buyers, Sherry Hackney Cade, a film and TV composer and her husband, Alan Cade, a principal of Dugan & Associates Construction Management have listed their former home for $1.96 million. --"The Best Damn Sports Show Period's" Tomm Looney has bought a two-bedroom home in Montecito Heights for $435,000.
--General Hospital real estate roundup. Actress Jacklyn Zeman and her husband, real estate developer Glenn Gorden have listed their Malibu home, shown above, at a shade under $6 million. The listing is here
